The Founder
In 2006, I graduated from university with a degree in international trade and came to a medium-sized foreign trade company for further study, where I continued to make progress and improve myself. With the continuous accumulation and improvement of industry knowledge, two years later, I became more professional and was recognized by many partners.
But at the same time, I realized a problem: the company I currently work for mainly exports glass bottles. This does not meet the needs of most customers. What they need is not just glass packaging, but an integrated solution for customized packaging. This involves packaging design, printing, hot stamping, glass packaging, plastic packaging, carton packaging, etc.
In 2011, I established Uzone to provide our customers with valuable cosmetic packaging solutions in a more convenient way, and quickly won the trust and support of customers and friends. After more than 10 years of development, Uzone products have been distributed in more than 100 countries around the world, serving more than 3,000 customers.
What is meaningful is that we have helped countless small and medium-sized brands and young people take the first step to realize their dreams, and have established good cooperative relationships with them. This is an American brand manufacturer that we have been tracking for 2 years, but we have not yet cooperated with it. At an exhibition, their boss told us that there was an urgent project and the product needed to be customized and delivered within 1 month. Normally, the cycle from product development, mold making, and sampling to the final product takes at least 45 days. After we considered the feasibility of the plan, and took on this challenging project. After overcoming all difficulties, we finally delivered perfect quality products to our customers on time.
A Swiss customer had the inspired by “One Thousand And One Nights” and wanted to develop a perfume that could tell this love story. But they had a problem with the package after confirming the formula of the perfume. They came to China with this task and our company faced the challenge. And finally, we made the customer’s idea come true with the hard work of the whole team.
A UK company’s multiple custom design needs prompted a long journey with Uzone. The customer requested some samples of our company’s newly developed products in February. He was very satisfied with the quality of the product and requested more similar designs in other colors.
Although the preparation took a long time, the results look to be well worth it. We produced all the products in September, and all the efforts in the past seven months have paid off. Customers are very satisfied with our packaging solutions, which makes us confident in our business.
A Czech customer, Mr. A, was in urgent need of frosted glass cream jars and lotion bottles with bamboo lids and came to Alibaba to ask Emily for samples for reference. Emily confirmed all models immediately and shipped samples the same day after payment.
4 days later, Mr. A gave a satisfactory reply: the samples were great and asked for quotations for 4 models, 2,000 units each. Emily provided the product price, delivery time, packaging details, and shipping costs only one hour after receiving Mr. A’s message.
“This is not the best price I can get from all suppliers, but you are professional and caring about my situation.” After payment, Mr. A said. He was extremely satisfied with our products and services.
Mrs. N is the founder of a skincare brand that was launched 3 years ago. Her main market is the US, Canada, and some European countries like the UK, France, and Germany. Her product lines are white glass and plastic cream containers, essential oil bottles, and lotion bottles.
Mrs. N shipped a violet jar to us, our engineer created a new mold of the white glass according to the sample jar. Mrs. N was very happy with the white version glass container because it is thick and durable. She had another request: custom design.
In total, we adjusted 5 times of the drawing for the perfect result, including Pantone color, text correction, font and printing area adjusting, etc. A big thumbs-up from Mrs. N. We got the order as a matter of course.
